How do I call a French Number? When you are calling a French phone number from England you must add 0033 to the front and then take off the first zero of the number. Heres an example:
05 55 67 43 91...becomes...
0033 5 55 67 43 91
Notice the zero was knocked off before the 5 and replaced with 00 and 33.
How do I book a fishing holiday through your site? We don't actually book the holidays ourselves. We are simply a listing service of holidays and lakes available to you in France. When you find a lake you are interested in you must either email, call them or visit their website and make your booking directly with them. Of course please let them know that you found them through us :)
Why is it so cheap/expensive to be listed? The price is, we think, very cheap for the facilities and promotion you receive. It equates to only £1 per week.
I have more than one lake? You have a free text area to write whatever you want if you are a premium paid lake. The simple rule is: each lake can only appear in one region (e.g. Creuse, 23). If you have another lake in another region you will have to list it seperately.

How do I become the first listing in a category? Premium listings always show above basic, but if you are already a paid premium lake then you will be shown randomly alongside other premium lakes.
I am listed - do I have to link back to fishingfrance.net? You don't have to. Obviously it would be nice if you did though!

How do I get onto the homepage Top 5? You must be a paid premium listing. It is then measured by popularity. The more your page is visited from our site, the higher up the rankings you will go. It is reset once a month and the counters start from zero once again.
Why has my advert disappeared? If your advert has disappeared but you believe it should still be there then please don't hesitate to contact us on info@fishingfrance.net and let us know and we will look into it immediately.
I don't have a website! Can I still be listed? No problem! We can list you with telephone numbers and maybe an email instead. In fact you're listing on here could act as your website!
You must have a paid premium listing to be featured without a website.
Can I pay in Euros? We do not accept EURO payments as our company is based in the UK.
How do I edit my listing? After receiving your application and payment you will receive a welcome email with a login and password for your very own members area. Once logged in to this section you can change your text and image gallery as often as you wish. You may also view statistical information regarding your listing.
If I pay how long am I listed for? Once we receive payment you will be listed as a premium lake for one year. Before the year expires you will receive a reminder to renew your subscription. You are under no obligation to continue your subscription.
There is always another lake above me in my category? Free listings are always below paid listings. All listings are shown randomly within their paid or unpaid grouping.
